This exciting role is part of the TRU Be/N organization. TRU is thé specialist in cleanroom cleaning and disinfection.  As an essential link in our customers' processes, we bear a great responsibility. We do everything we can to prevent contamination and thus protect lives. Precisely because we operate in such a complex field, authenticity is crucial. Solid operations and clear communication are key.

For the area of Antwerp and The Netherlands we are looking for an Operations Lead.

You will lead an operational team of approximately 20 to 30 people to deliver high quality cleaning and disinfection services to our client. Your mission? Customer and employee satisfaction, because job happiness and ambassadorship go hand in hand. You ensure that our customers live the TRU experience and our employees are true TRU ambassadors!

This role reports to the CEO of our TRU International division.

Job description

• You will be accountable for the daily activities of the cleanroom cleaning specialists at our client sites.
• You will be accountable for managing continuity of our services at the client sites at all time
• You will lead and coach an operational team
• You will be accountable for the training and development of the cleaning specialist to ensure reliability in all activities.
• You will drive a quality culture organization with a continuous improvement mindset. Continuously challenging the status quo and owning the development and implementation of initiatives that improve overall quality and performance.
• You will be accountable for safety in your team at the client site including setting up corrective and preventive measures.
• You will report and follow up on KPI’s, eventual deviations and the implementation of the right corrective and preventive actions.
• You will drive people and operational organization development and play a key role in hiring and developing people.
• You will collaborate in close contact with our client and client needs.
• You will set up, plan and follow up all activities in our cGMP documentation system

Qualifications

• You have good knowledge of compliance requirements in the life science industry.

• You preferably have at least 2-3 years working experience in the Cleaning industry
